We work together to iterate and execute strategies aligned with our organizational mission and individual career aspirations.Note: Due to project requirements, all candidates must be U.S. citizens and possess or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.This position is on-site, and candidates must be willing to relocate to Tucson, AZ.Key Responsibilities:Lead the lifecycle of programs from inception to completion, serving as the Integrated Product Manager overseeing multi-disciplinary teams in technical and administrative domains.Manage and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects while adhering to program guidelines.Evaluate and analyze collected data to formulate solutions or alternative approaches in alignment with program requirements.Facilitate project tasks across various organizations to ensure consistency with overarching project goals.Oversee the preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and contract terms.Collaborate with program leadership, finance, and planning to implement Earned Value Management (EVM).Demonstrated experience managing a cross-functional team, including test personnel (electrical, software, mechanical, etc.).Present analytical and program performance results for Test Systems Engineering or similar engineering initiatives to executive and functional leadership.
