At A1 Garage Door Service, our Sales & Service Consultants merge consultative selling with practical mechanical tasks. You'll connect with homeowners in need of service, earn their trust, suggest appropriate solutions, finalize sales, and carry out repairs yourself.
No prior garage door experience? We're here to train you in all the mechanical skills you need to thrive.
What Sets This Position Apart
Unlimited commissions: First-year earnings typically range between $90,000 and $150,000+.
Your success determines your income—top achievers consistently earn six figures.

Your Daily Responsibilities
This role prioritizes sales, but you will also be performing hands-on tasks. Each day, you will:
Sell
Visit homeowners for scheduled service calls.
Quickly build trust, clearly explain options, and secure repair or upgrade sales.
Repair
Replace springs, rollers, motors, and other door components.
Install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for optimal function.
Lubricate and test equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Utilize basic hand and power tools to complete the work sold.
Provide Exceptional Service
Deliver top-notch customer service and ensure satisfaction with every interaction.
