You will report directly to the Director of Operations, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives that optimize cost efficiency, process sustainability, and the development of new products and processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and maintain continuous improvement efforts for the high-volume production of precision microelectronic analog products.Configure, program, and operate both manual and automated assembly equipment, including epoxy, solder, die attach, pick-and-place, wire-bonding, and plasma cleaning machines.Identify and implement cost reduction strategies.Collaborate with external consultants, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to optimize existing processes and enhance equipment capabilities.Manage the implementation and upkeep of engineering documentation changes and internal change orders.Utilize statistical analysis tools to pinpoint areas for quality and cost improvements.Oversee both internal and external corrective action plans.Work closely with the Design team to facilitate the transition of new designs into production, including supporting pilot runs and full-scale manufacturing ramp-up.Conduct process-level Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) as required.Engage in Design for Manufacturability initiatives and collaborate with Engineering on design guidelines.Perform additional duties as needed.
