Role overview
The Workplace Site Manager oversees daily operations at Okta’s Toronto office. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for leading the workplace operations team and ensuring services and programs reflect Okta’s culture. The role combines hands-on leadership with operational planning and direct accountability for site performance and budget management. Reporting to the Director of Global Workplace Operations, this position requires regular attendance in the Toronto office from Monday to Friday.
What you will do
- Lead and motivate the Toronto workplace operations team
- Develop and implement operational plans for site programs and services
- Monitor team performance and ensure accountability for outcomes
- Manage the site’s budget
- Address complex operational challenges as they occur
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Experience managing diverse teams in workplace or facilities management
- Background in facilities and food & beverage program management
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on employee experience
- Ability to create and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Alignment with Okta’s core principles and values
Location and schedule
This role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is a full-time, on-site position requiring presence in the office Monday through Friday.
