As the VIP Host Team Manager, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with our VIP clientele, delivering personalized, white-glove service. You will oversee a talented team of VIP Hosts, guiding them in delivering industry-leading experiences to their own portfolios of clients. This role is customer-facing and calls for a deep understanding of VIP service standards along with a genuine passion for the online gaming sector.
Your adaptability is crucial, as you may also be tasked with various responsibilities as assigned by the company, fostering operational flexibility and responsiveness to our evolving business landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture a select portfolio of High Value Players.
- Deliver a proactive, comprehensive service to enhance customer loyalty.
- Prioritize Responsible Gaming and Compliance in all operations.
- Establish strong relationships and provide tailored rewards through consistent communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Achieve specified productivity, quality, CSAT, and Service Level Agreement metrics.
- Ensure gifts and hospitality invitations align with business requirements.
- Host VIP guests at exclusive hospitality events.
- Adhere to company responsible gaming protocols.
- Mentor and develop a skilled team of VIP Hosts to excel in their roles.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in high-end customer service.
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive hospitality experience with a commitment to excellence in service.
- A confident and people-oriented demeanor.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel.
- A dedication to meeting targets and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing processes is a plus.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional business hours.
