Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Achieve specified productivity, quality, CSAT, and Service Level Agreement metrics. Ensure gifts and hospitality invitations align with business requirements. Host VIP guests at exclusive hospitality events. Adhere to company responsible gaming protocols. Mentor and develop a skilled team of VIP Hosts to excel in their roles. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in high-end customer service. 2+ years of team management experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Extensive hospitality experience with a commitment to excellence in service. A confident and people-oriented demeanor. Strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel. A dedication to meeting targets and deadlines. Excellent organizational and planning abilities. Familiarity with marketing processes is a plus. Flexibility to work non-traditional business hours.
