This multifaceted role centers around SaaS/platform operations and tier-2 support for client-facing systems. You will take charge of administering and ensuring the reliability of essential tools, troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues with comprehensive documentation, and creating lightweight automation and reporting solutions to minimize manual tasks as we grow.Your collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering will be crucial in proactively monitoring, supporting, and enhancing critical systems. By applying practical and creative problem-solving skills, you will improve reliability, expedite resolution times, and enhance operational visibility. On a daily basis, you will address and resolve client technical inquiries, manage vendor license administration and renewals, and generate reports that guide operational decisions.This role is hybrid based in Toronto, with the potential for fully remote work; candidates must be available to work US Eastern hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.
