Role overview
The Services Engagement Manager oversees all phases of Professional Services projects at Semperis. This position manages engagement logistics, clarifies requirements for both clients and consultants, and ensures that project goals, objectives, and scope are clearly understood by everyone involved.
What you will do
- Risk management: Identify, assess, and address project risks, developing contingency plans when necessary.
- Budget management: Prepare project hour and cost estimates, monitor budgets, and collaborate with Finance to support accurate revenue forecasting.
- Task assignment: Assign responsibilities to team members and set clear expectations for each role.
- Project planning and monitoring: Track progress, identify issues early, and take corrective actions to keep delivery on schedule and within budget.
- Quality assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and that every task is completed as required.
- Communication: Maintain strong engagement with clients, team members, and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and manage expectations.
- PSA management: Use the Semperis PSA toolset to build and manage projects, and contribute to improving workflows, financial forecasting, and reporting methods.
