Senior Product Designer – Toronto This role shapes how business owners experience banking with Venn. The Senior Product Designer leads projects from early ideas through to launch, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams. The work centers on building, refining, and evolving Venn’s design system to ensure consistency and clarity across the platform. What You Will Do Own the end-to-end design process, from concept through to final execution. Refine and expand the design system, improving existing patterns and ensuring a cohesive user experience. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams to define problems and deliver thoughtful solutions. Translate user feedback and data into intuitive interactions and polished visual designs. Create detailed deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets. Iterate on released features, using customer feedback and product metrics to make measurable improvements. Location Toronto
