Key Responsibilities Prepare drinks following company standards and established recipes. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, coordinating with other bartenders to manage glassware and utensils. Share knowledge of beverage offerings, drawing on training from House Tonic. Promote daily specials and suggest food pairings to enhance the guest experience and support sales. Process payments and operate the cash register accurately. Check identification for alcohol and tobacco purchases, ensuring responsible consumption. Create appealing displays of bottles and glassware to highlight beverage options. Deliver attentive, friendly service to every guest. Monitor inventory levels and work with Barbacks to restock as needed. Take on other duties as assigned by supervisors. What We Look For Professional appearance and attitude.
