Role Overview: Marketing Co-op (Spring/Summer Term)
This Toronto-based co-op is designed for marketing students ready to move beyond the classroom and work directly on campaign execution. The Marketing Co-op will join League’s demand generation team and work side by side with experienced growth marketers, creatives, product marketers, and sales professionals. This role offers hands-on exposure to campaign tools, strategies, and analytics that drive measurable pipeline growth. Campaigns span email, social media, webinars, and events, giving a clear view of how marketing efforts shape business results. The position provides a strong foundation in B2B growth marketing within a scaling company.
What You Will Do
- Help launch and manage demand generation campaigns across channels such as email, social media, webinars, events, and the website, using League’s marketing technology stack.
- Support campaigns through every stage: planning, execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Assist with webinars and events, including promotion, logistics, and reporting on results.
- Build and update campaign performance reports, track key metrics, and extract insights to inform future work.
- Draft creative briefs for campaigns, ensuring alignment with League’s brand and smooth handoff to creative partners.
- Work closely with the marketing team, creatives, product marketers, and sales to keep campaigns coordinated and aligned with business goals.
- Test and explore AI-powered marketing tools to find new ways to execute and report on campaigns.
- Gain practical knowledge of demand generation in a growing B2B company, with mentorship from experienced marketers.
