This position is centered around optimizing our marketing technology stack, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating the efficient scaling of our campaigns. You will oversee the entire marketing operations ecosystem, driving effective demand generation and implementing League's account-based marketing (ABM) strategy through strong data foundations, scalable campaign execution, and detailed reporting for pipeline, attribution, and optimization.This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for an individual who excels in a dynamic, high-growth setting.Your Responsibilities: Marketing Technology & AutomationAdminister and optimize League’s marketing technology stack: Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, Qualified, and Adobe BizibleDevelop, maintain, and enhance automated workflows, scoring models, and segmentation frameworks in Pardot.Ensure seamless lead routing, enrichment, and data synchronization between marketing and sales systems.Manage integrations, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with IT and RevOps as necessary.Analytics, Reporting and AttributionDesign and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.Oversee multi-touch attribution modeling through Adobe Bizible.
