Define and operationalize risk treatment programs, including processes for risk remediation and acceptance. Support the implementation of GRC system solutions and AI-driven risk tools for real-time anomaly detection and automated risk reporting. Prepare quarterly risk dashboards and audit-ready documentation for senior management and risk committees. Engage collaboratively across the "three lines of defense" to ensure that risk management is embedded in daily operations and decision-making. Who You Are:3-5 years of experience in risk, audit, or compliance roles, ideally within regulated and financial technology environments. In-depth knowledge of modern GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms along with experience in integrating AI/automation into risk workflows. Proficiency in dashboard and KRI development, including:Creating dashboards for risk/compliance metrics. Assisting with data pipelines for risk/compliance dashboard reporting.
