Role overview
The Enterprise Account Executive (Full Cycle) leads new business efforts across both enterprise and mid-market clients. This role is a fit for those with a background in business development or sales who are ready to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management. The focus is on revenue generation and building strong client relationships.
Reporting structure
Reporting directly to the Integrator (CEO), the Account Executive operates within Paralucent’s Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). This structure emphasizes clarity and accountability. The role includes responsibility for leading, managing, and holding accountable (LMA) all commercial activities tied to growth targets.
