companyDecoda Health logo
Full-time|On-site|Toronto Office

Decoda Health builds software for medspas and wellness clinics, helping teams manage daily operations more efficiently. As the company expands, the team is searching for its first dedicated Dynamic Content Creator to shape and share the Decoda story across multiple channels. Role overview This role centers on producing engaging organic content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the Decoda blog. The Content Creator will handle every stage of the process, from brainstorming ideas to editing and publishing. Tools like CapCut and Google Docs will be part of the daily workflow. Expect to create new content each week, focusing on quality and variety over deep specialization in any single platform. What you will do Develop and publish 3–5 pieces of organic content per week for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Edit and produce short-form videos from longer recordings such as interviews and product demos. Write and refine blog posts aimed at ranking well in Google for relevant customer searches. Build and maintain a content calendar highlighting product launches, customer success stories, and industry trends. Track content performance metrics to promote what works and phase out what doesn’t. What we look for A portfolio that demonstrates content resonating with an audience; quality matters more than years of experience. Interest in the medspa, aesthetics, or wellness industry, or a willingness to learn quickly. Comfort in front of the camera and an openness to new challenges. A bias for action: shipping work quickly and using feedback to improve. 0–4 years of experience preferred; this is an entry to mid-level position. Your first month In the first 30 days, the focus will be on reviewing existing video assets and producing a three-part TikTok series that explains EMR transitions for clinic owners. Logistics Role is based in the Toronto office. Full-time position. Reports directly to Kevin Cheng.
