The Senior Product Designer role centers on elevating Okta’s product suite through thoughtful design and practical innovation in identity and security. This position is based in Toronto, Ontario. What you will do Lead the development and execution of a product design strategy that improves user experience and supports business goals. Apply systems thinking to connect user insights with organizational objectives, delivering solutions that protect millions of users each day. Work closely with colleagues in user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science to define challenges and explore new solutions, guiding teams through influence. Create user flows for a range of personas, including IT Admins, Security Admins, and end-users, so that all Okta users can work securely and efficiently. Refine and scale design patterns to maintain consistency and quality across multiple products. Present design concepts and work regularly to cross-functional teams and leadership, encouraging collaboration and new ideas.
