About Magical
At Magical, we are at the forefront of innovation, harnessing the power of our agentic AI platform to revolutionize the workplace. Our mission is to seamlessly integrate 'AI employees' into daily operations, alleviating the burden of repetitive and mundane tasks. This shift allows organizations to operate more efficiently, enhancing focus and improving critical outcomes, such as patient care.
As pioneers in this transformative movement, we invite you to join our dynamic team. As a founding member, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of work, collaborating with a dedicated group that is pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve.
With esteemed investors backing us, including the minds behind OpenAI and Notion, our aspirations are ambitious, and the market potential is vast.
The Role
As a Deployment Strategist, you will take charge of ensuring the success of our most significant and strategic clients after the sale. You will connect customer business objectives with Magical’s agentic AI solutions, working closely with Deployment Engineers to implement impactful strategies and drive growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading comprehensive implementations for a curated portfolio of customers, overseeing projects from initial planning through to successful go-live and scaling.
Serving as the engagement manager: coordinating project timelines, aligning stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring the seamless flow of work across all parties involved.
Translating business objectives into actionable deployment plans, defining use cases, success metrics, milestones, and execution roadmaps in partnership with our Deployment Engineers.
Conducting regular customer touchpoints (weekly/bi-weekly standups, stakeholder meetings, executive updates) to maintain project momentum and address decisions proactively.
Executing structured business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) that effectively communicate ROI, demonstrate operational impact, and facilitate natural expansion pathways.
Acting as a trusted advisor on workflow redesign and change management, particularly in healthcare revenue cycles and operations-heavy settings.
Collaborating with the go-to-market team to identify new workflows, sites, and departments for automation; shaping well-structured proposals and rollout plans to ensure frictionless expansion.
Advocating for the voice of the customer within the organization, providing structured insights to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to influence future roadmaps and playbooks.
