This role is ideal for individuals passionate about promoting best practices and standardizing governance and delivery approaches across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Establish governance guidelines, templates, learning materials, and policies to ensure uniformity and adherence to best practices across the organization.Administer the PMO project portfolio, ensuring accurate project setup, data quality, and compliance with governance standards.Generate timely and high-quality reports that consolidate project performance, risks, financial metrics, and key performance indicators.Monitor project health by validating status updates, identifying early warning signs, and assessing overall portfolio integrity.Ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including Initiation, Business Case, Stage Gates, and Closeout activities.Support the management of dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring consistent tracking and documentation.Collaborate with Project Managers to validate schedules, budgets, and resource needs, fostering transparency and accountability.Act as a Smartsheet Subject-Matter Expert, overseeing administration, configuration, dashboards, automation, and PMO tool enhancements.Facilitate cross-team communication and alignment across impacted functions.
