We are seeking an individual who will primarily build and manage their own venture within Human Agency's studio, while also establishing the framework for how ventures operate across the studio. You will conduct weekly studio meetings, lead critiques, and take ownership of accountability. Your role involves persuading us about the success of initiatives or providing clear feedback when something isn’t working.
