Salary Range:
• Base: $140k–$160k CAD per year
• OTE: $230k–$290k CAD per year
• Total Compensation: $250k–$320k CAD per year (negotiable)

Role Overview:
The Implementation Account Executive will spearhead the sales of WMS, OMS, and TMS implementation programs across major enterprise platforms, including Manhattan, SAP, and Oracle. This role emphasizes structured program-based revenue, focusing on platform rollouts, deployment initiatives, and transformation execution. The Account Executive must possess a solid understanding of implementation risks, program economics, and delivery capacity.
Mandate:
- Drive implementation revenue.
- Sell structured platform deployment programs.
- Ensure alignment with delivery capacity.
- Safeguard program economics.
Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience in selling enterprise platform implementations.
- Familiarity with Manhattan, SAP, Oracle, and Blue Yonder ecosystems.
- Strong program-level commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage complex RFP processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Implementation Sales:
- Sell WMS / OMS / TMS rollout programs.
- Position FIQ as a certified delivery partner.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to drive successful outcomes.
