We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager/Solution Architect - SAP TM (Transportation Management) who excels in managing complex projects and possesses a deep understanding of business dynamics. This role offers the chance to collaborate with external partners to achieve rapid project rollouts in a highly innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP TM projects from inception to successful execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with defined milestones and deliverables, effectively managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Drive group-wide digitalization initiatives, converting concepts into impactful solutions that enhance core business processes.
- Coordinate essential work packages across cross-functional teams to align with project objectives.
- Manage overall service relationships, including steering committees and project offices, between Sika, SI partners, and the Central SAP template team.
- Maintain transparency and proactive risk management throughout project lifecycles.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, ensuring sustainable delivery of solutions within the organization.
- Hands-on involvement with the SAP TM suite.
- Implement robust change, quality, and risk management protocols to mitigate disruptions.
