Requirements Equipment: Smartphone or camera capable of recording at least 30 FPS and 1080p resolution. Recording method: Mount the device at forehead or eye level, angled down to clearly show hand movements. Software: Use the required 'D&A' app for both recording and uploading videos. Video quality: Ensure footage is clear, stable, well-lit, at least 15 seconds long, and shows uninterrupted, intentional actions.
