Professional certification in a relevant specialty or a commitment to obtain one within three years of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide oversight for the successful adoption and ongoing integration of our nursing care delivery model alongside our interdisciplinary care model.
Lead the development, implementation, and sustained integration of a shared governance model that empowers nursing staff.
Manage data and NDQI reporting, including thorough data analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of findings.
Ensure that nursing practices are consistently evidence-based to drive quality care.
