Key Responsibilities (within the HR team):Recruitment & OnboardingEngaging in the recruitment process by organizing selection stages and conducting initial interviews alongside hiring managers;Facilitating communications with candidates and crafting job offers;Assisting in the onboarding and integration of new team members (particularly in production roles) and guiding mentorship processes.People Operations / Daily SupportManaging fundamental HR processes at both departmental and production-site levels;Providing support to managers for day-to-day HR queries;Helping implement company policies and procedures.Learning & DevelopmentAssisting in the arrangement of internal training and learning opportunities;Supporting the creation of individual development plans (for both blue-collar and administrative roles);Contributing to the preparation of materials for talent reviews and succession planning.Employee Relations / CommunicationHelping organize meetings, information sessions, and employee events;Supporting well-being initiatives and employee engagement activities;Participating in the resolution of basic employee relations issues.Administrative & Analytical SupportGenerating HR reports (covering recruitment, training, turnover, etc.);Collecting and updating data for group HR systems;Engaging in local and group-level HR projects.Important: This position is part of the HR team, offering the chance to contribute to various HR initiatives, without full ownership of all processes.
