About the Role
The People & Talent Partner will join the Global People team based in the Tel Aviv office. This hybrid position covers the full employee lifecycle for the Tel Aviv location. The role balances hands-on recruitment with broader people initiatives, supporting Unit’s growth while maintaining a strong, people-focused culture.
Responsibilities span from designing talent acquisition strategies to supporting business leaders with people programs. The goal: attract outstanding talent and foster a high-performance, engaged workplace.
What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition
- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage hiring from initial requisition through offer negotiation.
- Strategic sourcing: Build and execute sourcing plans using advanced techniques and AI tools to reach top candidates.
- Employer branding: Strengthen Unit’s reputation as a top employer in the Israeli tech community.
- Hiring partnership: Advise hiring managers with market insights, assessment methods, and support at every stage of the process.
- Process innovation: Apply new recruitment technologies to streamline workflows and improve the candidate experience.
- Data-driven insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and refine hiring processes.
- Candidate experience: Deliver a thoughtful and responsive experience for every candidate.
