Your Role at Sweep
As our pioneering Account Executive for the EMEA region, you will be at the forefront of a transformative journey. You will be the second sales hire, instrumental in establishing and expanding Sweep's market presence across EMEA. Collaborating closely with EMEA leadership, you will help shape our customer base and define our market strategies in the region.
Ownership & Autonomy: You will operate with significant independence and visibility, closely partnered with our VP of Sales to drive results.
Full-Cycle Sales: You will manage the sales process from initial meetings to demos, negotiations, and closures, ensuring a seamless experience for customers across various geographies.
Pipeline Development: Collaborate with SDR and Marketing, leveraging your extensive network in the Salesforce ecosystem to create opportunities and accelerate deals.
Market Strategy Influence: Offer valuable insights to leadership on messaging, segmentation, and regional nuances to refine our go-to-market strategies.
External Representation: Travel across Europe 8–12 times a year for client meetings and conferences, enhancing your professional network and reinforcing our ecosystem presence.
