You have the flexibility to choose your preferred season(s) when completing your application. We also accommodate flexible hours to align with your academic schedule.Note that we are unable to provide any type of sponsorship.ResponsibilitiesAs an intern, you will be integrated into our Audit or Tax team where you will:Participate in planning and preparing Audit and Tax services under the guidance of experienced staff.Collaborate with our team members to enhance your learning experience and support provided to clients.Utilize relevant software effectively in your assigned areas.Provide precise and timely updates on project statuses.Key ObjectivesDuring your internship, focus on:Embodying Bowers’ mission and a client-centric approach in all tasks.Gaining insight into Audit and Tax processes and policies.Exhibiting professionalism and strong communication skills.Developing the ability to recognize and address accounting-related issues.Actively engaging in firm events and activities.QualificationsCandidates should meet the following criteria:Currently enrolled with a major in Accounting or Finance.A keen interest in pursuing a career in public accounting.Preferably working towards the 150-credit-hour requirement for CPA eligibility.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
