Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (referred to as Area Directors at N2) to initiate, expand, and oversee a Stroll publication in your local area. Upon acceptance, you will function as a local publisher, driving revenue, forming partnerships with local businesses, and crafting a magazine that embodies the spirit of your community.
Your initial months will concentrate on establishing your market and building your clientele. From that foundation, you will develop a valuable asset that you own.
This hybrid role combines community engagement in person with remote work from your home office.

- Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to forge lasting advertising collaborations.
- Build significant community relationships utilizing a proven engagement framework.
- Connect local businesses with their target customers through your publication.
- Engage with homeowners to gather authentic, community-focused content.
- Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and operational aspects of the publication.
- Collaborate with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and continuous support.
- Steer the growth of your publication as the representative of Stroll in your area.
