This role is pivotal in executing day-to-day marketing strategies across various channels including social media, content creation, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaigns.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic fintech and travel environment.In this role, you will collaborate closely with our local Marketing, Product, and Community teams to bring campaigns to life, support product launches, and ensure that YouTrip’s messaging is clear and consistent across all customer touchpoints.Your MissionTo assist in the execution of marketing initiatives that clearly convey the value of YouTrip, building user trust and engagement through a customer-focused approach.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Marketing ExecutionAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, content platforms, and owned channels.Help prepare campaign briefs, establish timelines, coordinate assets, and manage rollouts.Support marketing activities surrounding product launches, new features, and peak travel seasons.Ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns across all channels.Content & Channel SupportContribute to content planning and publishing across social media, email, and in-app platforms.Support copywriting for emails, push notifications, landing pages, and campaign materials.Collaborate with Social and Community team members to maintain consistent messaging.Assist in adapting content for use across various formats and channels.Lifecycle & Customer Journey SupportHelp execute lifecycle communications (email, push notifications, in-app messaging) for onboarding and user activation.Maintain and update lifecycle flows, templates, and content as needed.Assist with quality assurance, scheduling, and performance monitoring of lifecycle communications.Insights, Reporting & OptimizationTrack key performance metrics across campaigns and channels (open rates, CTRs, engagement rates).Compile reports and summaries to share insights with the wider team.Assist in conducting simple experiments and iterations based on performance data.Cross-Functional Collaboration & OperationsWork closely with Product, Customer Support, and Community teams to ensure alignment on launches and messaging.Assist with marketing operations tasks such as campaign tracking, documentation, and planning.Help maintain organized marketing calendars, trackers, and resources.About You1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or communications roles (in-house, agency, or startup).Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges.
