This role merges strategic creative leadership with hands-on multimedia design proficiency, actively participating in the development and execution of captivating creative solutions across interactive, motion, and special effects formats. Responsibilities include the design and development of Connected TV, Rich Media inRead video, display, and interactive creatives, as well as the exploration and implementation of new creative technologies, formats, and production methodologies.The Head of Design will collaborate closely with external partners and internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, insights, data, and campaign management, to establish design goals, craft compelling creative concepts, produce multimedia assets, and oversee production workflows within the design team. This position will also provide creative leadership and mentorship to regional designers, ensuring all output meets professional communication, functionality, aesthetic standards, and adheres to brand guidelines.
