If you thrive on uncovering root causes, recognizing patterns, and working collaboratively, this is an exceptional chance to make a significant impact.Your Responsibilities:Extract, analyze, and interpret data from CRM systems, marketing platforms, and various sources to identify trends and KPIs, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.Create and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to effectively convey insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.Monitor and analyze key sales metrics and funnel performance to pinpoint bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancing conversion and overall performance.Develop and uphold accurate revenue forecasts leveraging historical data, pipeline health, and market trends.Explore and integrate AI-driven tools and automation to enhance efficiency and scale revenue operations processes.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align insights, improve processes, and drive operational effectiveness.Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and workflow enhancements to boost efficiency and scalability.Qualifications:We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:Strong business acumen with the capability to translate business needs into data and reporting requirements.Previous experience using Looker or similar BI tools to develop scalable dashboards and reports.Advanced analytical skills to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights and narratives.Solid experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including familiarity with data structures, reporting, and data integrity.Experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and planning processes.
