As the FSQA Manager - Downstream at HelloFresh, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and practical expertise to establish a robust, scalable, and sustainable Quality Management System across all our Distribution Centres in Australia. This position is essential for aligning and supervising QA operations, ensuring compliance, driving audit readiness, and fostering a culture of quality within HelloFresh and our logistics division, BeCool AU.
Located in Eastern Creek, Sydney, this role reports to the Quality Assurance Lead AU. It requires occasional interstate travel, bi-weekly visits to our Chippendale headquarters, and trips to the Sydney Markets to oversee fumigation processes as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of a comprehensive, harmonized, and logistics-focused Quality Management System, fully integrated with HelloFresh AU and global quality strategies.
- Manage the complete process for addressing non-conformances arising from internal and third-party audits, including the development and verification of CAPA activities across our Australian Distribution Centres.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting root cause analysis as a standard practice for resolving and preventing quality issues.
- Oversee all FSQA-related service providers, including cleaning, pest control, and third-party auditors, ensuring robust partnerships that meet our high operational and ethical standards.
- Drive documentation control and continuously optimize quality procedures, SOPs, and monitoring records across all AU operations.
- Ensure preparedness and successful outcomes for internal, customer, and third-party audits, including BRC Storage and Distribution certification for BeCool.
- Design and implement engaging training programs to enhance QA capability and awareness across all operational teams.
- Serve as the FSQA Project Lead for BeCool, advocating initiatives that bolster the quality and food safety performance of delivery operations.
