Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, offering strategic insights while keeping all stakeholders informed of progress.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, fostering and nurturing robust long-term relationships to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Draft, interpret, and maintain contracts, along with reviewing and negotiating contract variations on behalf of the organization.
- Clarify contract requirements, terms, and conditions to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to statutory and policy guidelines.
- Oversee all contract documentation and related paperwork, including renewals, extensions, and terminations.
- Ensure service performance and company KPI targets are consistently met.
- Address client inquiries and complaints thoroughly, completing necessary documentation for efficient processing at Head Office.
- Manage operational budgets in collaboration with the Regional Manager, conducting regular reviews and making adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize their use across all sites.
- Assess potential risks associated with specific contract terms and provide management with informed advice.
- Implement WHS objectives and procedures by ensuring on-site staff have the necessary resources to maintain a safe working environment.
- Administer resource provision for cleaning operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of building data to Head Office for client reports.
