- Oversee the complete lifecycle of cyber claims from notification through resolution for Australian policyholders.
- Serve as a primary claims contact for both brokers and insured clients within the Australian market.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting and distribution teams to provide valuable claims insights, enhance broker engagement, and position claims as a competitive differentiator.
- Contribute to the development of claims data analysis, trends, and reporting specific to the Australian portfolio.
- Assist in creating and delivering engaging claims presentations and training sessions.
