This superintendent role ensures that geological data supports mining operations, grade control, and production reconciliation with the mine plan. What you will do Develop and apply exploration strategies and geological models to meet production objectives. Supervise geology teams and technicians during mapping, drilling, logging, and sampling activities. Maintain and manage geological and exploration databases, upholding high data quality standards. Prepare exploration reports, resource estimates, and technical recommendations for mine development. Oversee grade control to ensure ore quality aligns with production plans. Conduct regular reconciliations between actual mining results and mine plans, identify deviations, and recommend corrective measures. Collaborate with mine planning, operations, and environmental teams to integrate geological data into broader site activities. Ensure all exploration and production work complies with KP, KO, environmental standards, and government regulations. Location This position is based in South East Sulawesi, Sulawesi, Indonesia.
