Role overview The Infrastructure & Support Services Superintendent at TechConnect leads the planning, coordination, and daily management of company infrastructure in South East Sulawesi, Indonesia. This position covers a broad range of facilities and support systems, with a focus on safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Main responsibilities Develop plans for constructing and maintaining operational buildings and support facilities, including mess halls and offices. Supervise the construction and maintenance of mining roads to ensure smooth material hauling and reliable vehicle access. Monitor electrical systems, emphasizing performance, reliability, and adherence to safety standards. Manage maintenance schedules and repairs for operational vehicles, from cars to heavy equipment. Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and business applications, and provide user support services. Establish and implement policies, standard operating procedures, and operational benchmarks for all support service areas. Coordinate activities with contractors, vendors, and internal teams across departments. Prepare regular reports on infrastructure status and recommend improvements or new developments as needed. This superintendent role ensures that geological data supports mining operations, grade control, and production reconciliation with the mine plan. What you will do Develop and apply exploration strategies and geological models to meet production objectives. Supervise geology teams and technicians during mapping, drilling, logging, and sampling activities. Maintain and manage geological and exploration databases, upholding high data quality standards. Prepare exploration reports, resource estimates, and technical recommendations for mine development. Oversee grade control to ensure ore quality aligns with production plans. Conduct regular reconciliations between actual mining results and mine plans, identify deviations, and recommend corrective measures. Collaborate with mine planning, operations, and environmental teams to integrate geological data into broader site activities.
