THE ROLE We are seeking passionate travel enthusiasts with a knack for customer service for our depot located at 7 Gordon St, Sorell TAS 7172, Australia. As a Casual Cleaner, reporting to the Branch Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring our fleet of campervans remains in pristine condition. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in alignment with company standards and client specifications; Inspect, prepare, and equip vans prior to each booking; Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions; Assist in moving and parking vans, including airport pickups for clients; Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, extras, and consumables stored at the depot; Deliver and collect vehicles for repairs and maintenance, or transport vehicles to designated locations. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Valid Driver's License and ability to operate a van (preferred); Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays; Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods; Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

In this Casual Support & Cleaning role, you will report directly to the Branch’s Operations Supervisor, where your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional level of customer service while ensuring that our fleet of campervans is maintained in excellent condition. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards and client requests; Prepare and equip vans prior to each booking; Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions; Move and park vans, as well as pick clients up from the airport; Clean and keep all equipment, extras, and consumables at the depot in good condition; Deliver and collect vehicles for repairs, maintenance, or specific locations. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
