Role Overview: Management Consultant – CRM Platforms
The Digital & Technology (D&T) Platforms team at Baringa is growing. The team is seeking experienced consultants with a background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and involves working on international projects that use the latest tools and approaches.
Consultants in this practice help global organizations design and deliver complex CRM transformations. The work goes beyond technology, addressing the commercial, organizational, and cultural factors that drive customer engagement and business growth. Projects span multiple industries, regions, and customer profiles, with opportunities to collaborate with Baringa’s network of experts worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Work with clients on end-to-end CRM transformation projects, from strategy through to execution
- Use advanced CRM tools and methods to solve business challenges and improve customer engagement
- Partner with teams across Baringa’s global network, contributing to projects in various sectors and markets
- Address commercial, organizational, and cultural aspects of CRM change, not just technology implementation
Who We’re Looking For
- Consulting experience with CRM platforms
