About the Role:
The Key Account Manager will be pivotal in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the local market, dedicated to nurturing relationships with key accounts. This role is centered around enhancing customer loyalty and delivering personalized, rewarding experiences while maintaining a sustainable approach. You will have the unique opportunity to interact with high-value customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience while promoting responsible gambling practices.
- Oversee the customer portfolio and cultivate strong personal relationships to enhance loyalty, retention, and customer lifetime value through sustainable play.
- Track individual customer performance, ensuring timely and appropriate rewards, both online and offline, in line with business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across all channels.
- Implement targeted strategies at critical points in the customer lifecycle (e.g., new accounts, churning clients, returning customers) to stimulate growth and activity.
- Plan and host engaging local and global Key Account events, in collaboration with the Hospitality and Sponsorship Team.
- Analyze market-level performance and stay updated on emerging trends.
- Launch tailored campaigns to drive activity among assigned Key Accounts, ensuring effective tracking and reporting of results.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer preferences and behaviors to inform strategic initiatives.
