As a System Quality Engineer, you will ensure exceptional system quality, safety, and operational stability across our autonomous vehicle framework. This role is a dynamic intersection between testing, operations, and engineering, where you will lead the comprehensive investigation of live and post-run operational issues.
You will analyze real-world operational data, conduct root cause analyses, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement effective solutions. Your focus will be on system behavior, stack stability, performance issues, and operational workflow enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end triage and investigation of live and post-run operational issues, including failure and root cause analysis. Identify unusual behaviors, determine issue origins, validate solutions, and manage the full lifecycle of issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
Develop and maintain documentation and operational resources, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process training materials, release notes, and recurring issue knowledge bases for stakeholders. Ensure effective communication between engineers, operations, and systems.
Investigate performance issues affecting productivity and propose strategic enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
