Join Cygnify as a Solution Sales Specialist for Managed Services, collaborating with a prominent telecom client to enhance revenue generation for our Hybrid IT and Managed Services offerings. In this pivotal role, you will identify, qualify, and finalize solution-oriented opportunities within designated accounts. You will act as the technical-commercial liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendor partners, crafting solutions that fulfill customer needs while maintaining deal governance, pricing integrity, and reliable revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire opportunity lifecycle from qualification to closure, ensuring effective solution development and pricing governance.
• Cultivate a robust sales pipeline in managed services across network, cloud, and cybersecurity sectors.
• Foster strong alignment with vendors and partners.
• Ensure precise forecasting, documentation, and compliance with internal approval processes.
• Enhance customer experience throughout the presales, proposal, and transition phases.
• Engage with clients to gain insights into their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs.
• Collaborate with presales and vendors to develop Bills of Materials (BoMs), commercial terms, and service scopes.
• Coordinate with SalesOps, Finance, Legal, Bid Management, and Delivery teams.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and deal protection with vendors.
• Assist in contract reviews and facilitate structured transitions to delivery teams.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
