Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our team, focusing on a prominent tourism brand. You will be the driving force behind our short-form video content across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels, managing the full cycle from brainstorming and filming to editing. A 'speed-to-culture' mentality is essential, along with robust on-set skills and a proactive approach to narrative-driven storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Video Production: Take charge of the creative process, from ideation and filming to editing high-quality, short-form videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Rapid Cultural Adaptation: Implement content strategies that resonate with current trends and cultural events, ensuring the brand maintains its relevance and engagement.
- On-Set Leadership: Handle all production aspects on set, including lighting setup, audio optimization, and equipment management to ensure exceptional video quality.
- Collaborative Content Strategy: Work closely with the Social Strategist to create innovative video series and engaging editorial stories.
- Post-Production Oversight: Manage all post-production processes to ensure adherence to video quality standards, platform specifications, and brand consistency.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about local and global trends, sharing insights and experimenting with new creative techniques, video formats, and effects for social media.
- Brand Stewardship: Uphold the integrity of the client’s brand voice and guidelines in all video content produced.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content creation for reputable brands, ideally with a blend of in-house and agency experience.
- Proficient in industry-standard editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
- Demonstrated skill in operating recording equipment and producing high-quality videos, with a solid grasp of lighting and audio best practices.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities, capable of crafting engaging and culturally relevant narratives in a clear and relatable manner.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
