About the Role:
Following our acquisition of Securiti AI, a leader in AI-driven data security posture management (DSPM), Veeam is on the lookout for a Senior Sales Engineer. This key position will drive technical leadership within our sales team, focusing specifically on the Securiti AI portfolio. You will collaborate closely with a Securiti Sales Specialist and support 3–5 Account Executives and Veeam Solution Engineers as the go-to technical expert.
In this role, you'll guide customers from needs assessment through to solution design, delivering hands-on demos and proof-of-concepts to illustrate the value of our solutions. Success hinges on your robust technical expertise and your ability to foster trust with clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Securiti AI solutions during the sales process.
- Lead technical discussions while delivering tailored security solutions.
- Address customer requirements in data discovery, posture management, and compliance.
- Design and present compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless transitions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Extensive experience in pre-sales or sales engineering.
- Deep understanding of data and/or cloud security.
- Exceptional communication skills, effectively engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Over 10 years of technical sales experience in security.
- More than 15 years in Software/SaaS/Enterprise technical sales.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with data privacy/security standards (e.g., GDPR, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001).
