Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for designated customer accounts, overseeing daily sales operations, customer relations, and commercial support. You will collaborate closely with the Global Account Manager, internal teams, and key customer stakeholders to deliver effective solutions, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Your proactive engagement and commitment to high-quality service will be essential for both account retention and expansion.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing assigned customer accounts by managing order fulfillment, conducting daily sales operations, and promptly addressing customer inquiries.
Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with commercial and technical contacts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Supporting the Global Account Manager with strategic initiatives, including data collection, account development, and sales planning efforts.
Accurately preparing and processing quotations, RFQs, pricing requests, and sales proposals in a timely manner.
Monitoring order statuses, delivery schedules, and ensuring efficient internal communication to resolve operational issues.
Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, order statuses, expedites, and handling post-sales matters, including complaints or escalations.
Collecting market insights and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for account growth.
Maintaining detailed records of account activities, including contacts, orders, proposals, and follow-ups.
Assisting in sales forecasting, reporting, and preparing periodic business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
Contributing to the identification and development of new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management within the semiconductor, electronics, or industrial sectors.
Demonstrated experience in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and supporting commercial negotiations.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
