About the Position
As the Senior Manager of Sales Operations Systems, you will report directly to the Head of Sales Operations. You'll spearhead the strategy, design, and execution of Salesforce and Sales CRM initiatives across the region. Collaborating closely with Sales leadership, Product teams, Tech experts, and cross-vertical stakeholders, you'll help define our lead-to-cash roadmap and ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities.
Your leadership will guide a regional team based in Singapore, overseeing governance, prioritization, and execution of all Sales Excellence and Salesforce-related projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 Sales Operations Systems specialists, managing daily operations, setting quarterly objectives, and conducting monthly one-on-one meetings to foster their professional growth.
- Design and document the comprehensive lead-to-cash process across all business verticals, mapping existing workflows and identifying integration points between Salesforce and related systems.
- Develop and maintain a 12-18 month Salesforce roadmap, providing quarterly updates to Sales leadership and prioritizing features based on business impact and technical dependencies.
- Collect requirements from Sales, Product, and Tech teams, translating these into Salesforce configuration specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for implementation.
- Facilitate monthly workshops with 5-10 stakeholders, documenting decisions and tracking action items to completion.
- Establish and maintain governance documentation, including data quality standards, user access protocols, and change management procedures for over 200 Salesforce users.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce initiatives, providing project status updates and addressing blockers to ensure timely delivery.
