You will be part of a dedicated team that oversees partnerships with prominent Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands across Southeast Asia, including McDonald's, KFC, Jollibee, Burger King, and Starbucks. This team works closely with local sales teams in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines to strengthen these partnerships and explore new growth avenues in the foodservice industry.
About the Role
In this leadership role, you will spearhead the commercial strategy for regional QSR accounts, cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders and directing contract negotiations, pricing frameworks, and revenue objectives across diverse Southeast Asian markets. Your responsibilities will encompass developing strategic plans, leading monetization discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement joint business strategies with major QSR brands.
This position is fully onsite at our office located in one-north, Singapore, and you will report directly to the Regional Executive Director of Strategic Accounts, F&B.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement commercial strategies for regional QSR accounts, ensuring alignment between regional initiatives and country-level account frameworks to broaden market presence and revenue.
- Identify growth opportunities through menu innovation, new store formats, and digital channel expansion by analyzing market data and understanding client business objectives.
- Act as the primary regional liaison for senior stakeholders within QSR organizations, spearheading joint business planning sessions and conducting quarterly business reviews.
- Oversee regional contracts and pricing frameworks, negotiating commercial agreements that balance revenue targets with long-term client retention.
- Coordinate with local country sales teams across seven Southeast Asian markets to guarantee consistent execution of account strategies while monitoring performance against volume forecasts and profitability metrics.
- Conduct research and analyze QSR market trends in Southeast Asia, including digital ordering habits, delivery platform partnerships, and localization strategies, to guide strategic recommendations.
