In this pivotal role, you will deliver timely and effective desktop support, addressing a variety of IT issues and inquiries. You will also ensure compliance with software standards, licensing, and operational protocols. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Building, testing, installing, and managing client platforms to satisfy business requirements and service levels.
- Troubleshooting and resolving client platform issues promptly.
- Responding quickly to incidents, investigating, and providing both temporary and permanent solutions. Keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
- Processing service requests related to client platforms.
- Monitoring service levels, documenting system configurations, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Participating in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
- Managing client platform implementation and upgrade projects effectively.
- Conducting research and evaluation of client platform tools.
- Providing technical advice related to systems to customers and project teams.
- Overseeing client platform management systems.
- Managing system changes through the change request process and updating relevant parties.
- Engaging in presales activities related to client platforms.
- Gathering business and application requirements to conduct infrastructure analysis and design.
- Ensuring service levels meet expectations and proposing action plans when necessary.
- Establishing facility management standards and best practices to ensure operational consistency across teams.
