This part-time position, compensated at $20 per hour, involves collaborating with our First Aid Team to maintain high standards of care for students and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesFirst Aid Duties- Provide first aid during school hours, sporting events, and school activities.- Serve as the primary contact for any student or staff member feeling unwell.- Prepare and maintain First Aid Travel Kits.- Ensure hygiene standards are upheld and apply preventative measures.- Conduct monthly checks on medications and manage expired items.- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the First Aid Department Manager.Administrative Support- Collaborate with parents to collect essential data about children with chronic conditions.- Notify teachers/parents regarding student absences due to illness.- Alert the First Aid Department Manager of significant health updates.
