Work with the Finance Department to account for collected funds, including school fees. Update and maintain notice boards. Manage the key issuance system and visitor security passes. Monitor and order stationery and spare uniforms as needed. Support school events and activities as required. What We Look For O Level, ITE, or NITEC certificate (minimum). 1 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience. Strong customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear verbal and written communication in English. Comfortable working in a dynamic setting.
