The Regional Product Marketing team is at the forefront of transforming user insights into impactful marketing strategies for Grab's diverse services, including Mobility, Deliveries, E-commerce, and Financial Services. Collaborating closely with regional product managers and local operations teams, we aim to enhance adoption rates across consumer, merchant, driver, and enterprise segments throughout Southeast Asia. Our mission is to leverage user data to craft strategies that drive product adoption and boost revenue.
Your Role in Our Success
As the Regional Director of Product Marketing, you will spearhead the marketing strategy for Grab's extensive service portfolio. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and executing positioning and launch plans for innovative products and features across multiple Southeast Asian nations. You will delve into user behavior analytics to pinpoint growth opportunities, working hand-in-hand with product teams to integrate insights into development roadmaps. Additionally, you will introduce automation tools to enhance marketing research and reporting processes, while managing revenue targets linked to product adoption and user retention metrics.
This is a fully on-site position, and you will report directly to the Regional Head of Marketing, Brand and Creative.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Craft compelling customer value propositions for new product launches across Mobility, Deliveries, E-commerce, and Financial Services, tailoring go-to-market strategies for diverse audiences including consumers, merchants, drivers, and enterprise clients in various Southeast Asian markets.
- Analyze user adoption, retention, and revenue data to uncover growth opportunities, presenting insights to product teams and senior management to guide roadmap priorities and marketing investments.
- Coordinate launch schedules and marketing initiatives in collaboration with regional product teams and country operations, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and seamless execution across markets.
- Utilize AI tools and automation workflows to streamline market research, user insights, and marketing execution, enhancing data accuracy and reducing manual processes for informed decision-making.
- Oversee revenue accountability for product adoption metrics, monitoring performance against quarterly growth objectives and refining marketing strategies based on performance data.
- Deliver market insights, competitive analyses, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members, influencing company-wide investment decisions.
