Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support senior management in fostering client relationships and managing project requirements, including presentations, budgets, and Statement of Work (SOW) documentation. This role involves assisting with proposal development, gathering operational data, and serving as a dependable contact for clients, emphasizing execution and relationship building. A proactive mindset, commercial insight, and a commitment to outstanding customer service and operational efficiency are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior project managers in nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Manage client needs by preparing presentation materials, tracking budgets, managing SOW documentation, and facilitating renewals.
- Support the senior team as a reliable point of contact for clients and partners, focusing on execution and foundational relationship building.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and pitch materials by organizing resources, timelines, and case studies.
- Exhibit a proactive approach, taking on new tasks and escalating challenges to senior staff as necessary.
- Demonstrate financial acumen to analyze numbers for client presentations.
- Organize and compile data to assist in the daily operations of the business unit and contribute to timely updates and reporting.
- Support strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring execution of assigned tasks.
- Maintain a focus on exceptional customer service and operational efficiency in all daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an agency, consultancy, or in-house team with exposure to account management, marketing, and creative processes.
- Proven ability to manage projects and tasks with meticulous attention to detail and a creative approach.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams, able to articulate business challenges clearly.
- Experience in preparing presentation materials and confident in delivering them to small groups or internal teams.
- Basic understanding of business processes with a desire to develop strategic and analytical skills.
- Eager to learn and drive process improvements within a dynamic start-up environment.
- Able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
